My Personal Experience: The Atkins Diet is Evil!

Okay so I admit… personal experience with this diet doesn’t see it doing good in the light of my eyes.
Many people across the entire world are asking whether the Atkins Diet is good. Is a low carb diet good? Is the high protein diet healthy? In a nutshell and the honest answer…
“No!”
Of course you will lose weight. Is it healthy still? Well no, considering the fact that not only are you losing weight, but you are losing muscle mass also. I could see the muscle mass was reduced since I looked at myself in the mirror. In the long run it didn’t look good as I had saggy skin and my body didn’t look right. I experienced increased problems with getting the cold or flu. Simple solution is to stick to healthy eating habits.
For most people the most frustrating part of losing all that weight, is that you will gain all that weight back on when you stop using the diet. It isn’t a long term solution and you should not treat it as such.
Also when you gain the weight, it will be pure fat and because you do not exercise you will just get more overweight till it becomes a real health problem.
By taking the Atkins diet it did appear that I had more acid in my body and basically overloaded my system with protein. That in itself wasn’t really good.
By eating a more healthy and balanced diet, it would sustain my system and give my body the necessary fuel it needed. Funny thing is I read that Dr. Atkins had a history of heart failures, hypertension and heart attacks. So do you really want to trust what one guy said, when he himself was very unhealthy. In the end you want to learn by example and a good diet isn’t the Atkins Diet.
