Alli – A Miracle Cure For Weight Loss?

Okay, so the new Alli FDA approved weight loss drug has been released and women all over the world rush to grab themselves a pack of it. But what do people really think about it.

I must admit I am pretty curious myself and decided to talk to some women in relation with Alli and get their take on using this weight loss drug.

The first woman, we will call her Mary… well she expressed she was quite pleased with Alli as long as she followed the program exactly. But what interested me more was what happened if you don’t follow it exactly. After all, people lead busy lifestyles and can’t eat specific portions of fat and other foods all the time.

Her simple reply was that if you aren’t the type to follow diets, then she would not suggest it. I asked her about one of her experiences where she did not follow the program and she said the following;

“There was one evening when I was invited to dinner with my friends and ended up eating a huge steak and some potatoes. I tried not to overdo it, but in the end I enjoyed my meal. I did however regret it afterward as I ended up getting treatment side effects and it was quite embarrassing.”

So after talking to several other women and seeing what some had to say on forums in relation to Alli, I had come to the conclusion that although it will help you lose weight, you are likely to get treatment side effects if not followed precisely.

Some women had success rates of over 60% and some experienced hardly any success with Alli. It depends on your body and my personal opinion is if you want a quick way to weight loss then try Alli, otherwise stick with exercising and eating healthily.
