Kellogg’s recalls products in Central America on salmonella fears
AFP – US food company Kellogg’s recalled several brands of cookies containing peanut butter from Central America due to salmonella fears, the company said Friday in El Salvador.
“Kellogg Company announces the voluntary recall of some sandwich cookies containing peanut butter from the Austin and Keebler brands,” as well as Famous Amos snack packets, “due to the possible contamination of these products with salmonella,” a statement said.
