Neem: This is a wonderful herb that shows positive results on your skin. It purifies the blood and removes excess toxin from the body and skin. It is a known anti-microbial herb that can be used in the form of powder or oil. It can be applied straight on the affected area. Neem leaves are soaked in water and used for bathing, which can treat mild skin infections. The internal and external use of this herb can heal burns, rashes, ringworms, and eczema. The internal use of neem gives glow to your skin naturally.
Aloe Vera: Ayurveda considers this herb to be very useful in treating skin problems. When taken internally, it stimulates the digestive system and thereby nourishes the skin. When applied on the skin, it clears the pores and keeps the skin healthy. This herb improves the blood circulation and helps the skin breathe easier. It is also good in treating diaper rashes in children. Add a little Aloe Vera juice to the drinking water of the child.
